We use a standardized extract for Maxi SJW™. This assures you that each capsule contains 300 mg of St. John’s Wort extract (Hypericum perforatum) (aerial parts) [standardized for 0.3% Hypericins].

Spirulina is an excellent source of essential amino acids and is an important trace mineral which impact brain and body, which can adversely affect mood.
